Telephone & Skype consultations

Mon-Fri 09.00-17.00

First call free, then book:

5 mins= £5
15 mins-= £25
30 mins= £60
45 mins= £100
60 mins= £150

Before 09.00 or after 17.00 and weekends: fee +50% eg 15mins=£37.50
Public holidays by special arrangement

Simple questions- first one free
Subsequent= £25

In depth questions (requiring more than 5 mins) to answer are charged per min as above.

Sarah creates personalised Care Plans to suit your needs.

If money feels like a big challenge: add up how much you are spending on whatever brings you to the site, per week, over the past year; and compare costs (for example the average smoker is spending over £2000 a year on cigarettes).

Sarah can only see a limited number of people for one-to-one work and will only see you for as long as you need help.

If you absolutely can't afford private help- book a free telephone session, or send a question and Sarah will be happy to guide you to your local free resources.
